As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections with customers, and helping drive store performance through product knowledge, storytelling, and sales excellence. In this role, you will create an engaging in-store experience by understanding each customer's needs, introducing them to POP MART's world of collectible art toys, and providing personalized recommendations that inspire excitement and repeat visits. You will also support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. A passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, fashion, anime, gaming, or pop culture is highly valued and will help you succeed in this role.
