Right of Way Agent - Houston Office

5+ years' midstream experience; Responsible for supporting local stakeholders with land & right-of-way projects within an assigned location; Assist with and develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projects. Agent will be required to prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property; identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies; investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims; requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor. Must be proficient with GIS, excel, outlook, and various online research tools. Title experience a plus. MUST HAVES:MUST be proficient with Google Earth/GIS systems, Microsoft suite applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online research tools. Active TREC Right of Way Agent License or TREC Real Estate Broker license.BS or BA degree required.NICE TO HAVE:Experience reading pipeline alignment sheets.Experience with using or searching through databases.Bi-lingual a plus.Benefits:-PTO 108 hrs/year to be accrued weekly; Can be used, rolled over, or paid out-401(k) 100% match up to 3% of contributions and 50% match of 4-5% contributions-Health, Vision, Dental BlueCrossBlue Shield options; HSA/FSA available
