RN Clinical Care Leader

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an RN Clinical Care Leader to coordinate and deliver compassionate, high-quality care in our faith-based, community-focused primary care setting. This role provides direct patient care, triage, and care coordination while guiding an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellbeing for underserved individuals and families.
