RN Coordinator

Mission Health is seeking an RN Coordinator to support coordinated, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department in Asheville, NC. The RN Coordinator will manage care plans, facilitate communication among providers, and ensure safe transitions across settings. This role includes patient and family education, clinical assessment, and documentation in the electronic health record.
