Key responsibilities of the Endoscopy RN include:
- Perform ERCPs and provide conscious sedation in the procedure room
- Monitor patients post-procedure in recovery
- Start IVs and assess H+P information
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Requirements of the Endoscopy RN include:
- Prior travel experience required
- AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required; AHA PALS preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an endoscopy setting
- Experience in a large, teaching facility is required
- Recent EPIC experience from within the past 2 years
