RN, First Assist

Kaiser Permanente seeks an RN, First Assist to support our ambulatory surgery team. In this role, you’ll provide perioperative nursing care and first-assist support during outpatient procedures, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will prepare patients and ORs, maintain sterile technique, and collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesiologists. Using modern clinical IT tools and EHR systems, you’ll document care, track outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
