The Staff Pad is hiring Registered Nurses for ahigh-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)in Wausau, WI—perfect for nurses who want toexpand their skillset beyond med-surg and move toward critical care.

Pay: $36 – $51/hour (based on experience)

Work with a diverse patient population includingneuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases, gaining hands-on experience with advanced interventions in a supportive, team-driven environment.

• Step intohigher-acuity care (ICU-adjacent experience)
  
• Exposure toneuro, trauma, and post-op patients in one unit
  
• Strongtraining and onboarding support(great for newer RNs)
  
• Opportunities to grow intospecialty skills and leadership roles
  

• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care for complex cases
  
• Work closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
  
• Build advanced clinical skills across multiple specialties
  

• 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
  

• RN license (WI or compact eligible)
