RN ICU Weekends Only

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN ICU Weekends Only nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-acuity, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will work primarily weekend shifts, delivering evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adult patients with complex medical and surgical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac events, neurological injury, and multi-organ dysfunction. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, administer medications and titrate critical drips, manage ventilators and other life-support equipment, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status and medical emergencies. Collaborating closely with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other interdisciplinary team members, you will coordinate care, participate in rounds, and communicate clearly with patients and families to support understanding and shared decision-making. You will document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record, follow strict safety and infection prevention protocols, and adhere to all regulatory and hospital policies.
