Required WOCN certification:

Certified Wound and Ostomy RN (CWON)

Certified Ostomy Nurse (willing to obtain wound certification)

Certified Wound Ostomy Continence RN (CWOCN)

Summary

Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at assigned LMHS campuses. Provides directly or serves as a consultant for assessment// planning// implementation// and evaluation of patient's wounds// ostomy// and continence care. Provides education to patients// family// and staff.
