RN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan is seeking an RN for Long Term Care to provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to residents in our mission-driven, faith-based setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor changes in condition while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans. This role supervises LPNs and CNAs, ensures accurate EHR documentation, and upholds regulatory and quality standards.
