RN MDS

Good Samaritan Health Center is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented RN MDS (Minimum Data Set) Coordinator to join our healthcare team, focused on serving underserved communities. The RN MDS Coordinator will be integral in assessing and implementing care plans for our residents in accordance with the regulations and guidelines stipulated by healthcare authorities. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all MDS assessments, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations to enhance holistic health and wellness outcomes.
