Pay Range:

$39.59 - $46.55 per hour based on experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.

Current CPR Certification.

Experience in long-term care preferred.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

The

Registered Nurse

is to utilize the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents as assigned. The nurse will plan, direct and carry out shift routines in assigned nursing unit and observe, direct and evaluate the activities of personnel as the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act. Will assume “Building Charge” responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee.

Provides leadership and direction in the assigned unit.

Resident Care Functions.

Charting, Documentation and Assessment Functions.

Serve on, participate in and attend various committees and meetings of the facility to enhance interdisciplinary process.

Other duties as assigned.
