The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates responsible for on-shift automation equipment coordination, maintenance, and 5S execution to ensure stable system operation and production continuity.

Compensation and benefits for the robot exception:

• Salary: $17/hr
• Will get a raise after training

Responsibilities of the robot exception:

• Monitor automation system status and coordinate on-site activities during the shift.
• Assign and supervise technicians to execute maintenance, inspections, and repair tasks.
• Perform equipment opening/closing daily checks and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle abnormal totes, location issues, and basic operational abnormalities.
• Ability to lift up 50Lbs.
• Escalate issues beyond authority to the APM or CI Specialist in a timely manner.

Requirements of the robot exception:

• Previous experience working warehouse not climate control
• Must pass a 10 panel drug test
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be self-driven
• Must be a team player
