Roofing Estimator

HCS is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator in Centreville, VA! The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating, pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations for a variety of large commercial and industrial construction projects. Roofing Estimator #22-00104

Responsibilities:

Estimating and quantity take-offs
Preparing and managing bid packages
Scheduling
Cost control
Managing RFI
Obtains pricing for materials
Client relations
Procurement
Bid analysis and quality control

Requirements:

5+ years' commercial or industrial estimating experience
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
Takeoff Experience
Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
Ability to work in a team environment
Federal or government project experience preferred
