The opportunityWe are looking for those with one to two years of sales experience who can work onsite at our brand new Knoxville office. Position starts in August to September 2026. What Youll Do:Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referralsBuild and maintain strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and other transportation customersManage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and account onboardingRespond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destinationHandle client issues that require advanced industry knowledgeDevelop customized freight and logistics solutions based on customer needsCollaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful service executionMaintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within HubSpotStep in to fill gaps in the process or implement improved processes as neededWhat We Look For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered6+ months of sales experience, preferably in freight, logistics, transportation, or supply chain servicesStrong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and prioritizing skillsBenefits:Base salary plus uncapped commission Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceOptional voluntary insurance products (disability, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, additional life insurance)401k + Company Match20 Accrued Days Paid Time off First YearSick Days6 Paid HolidaysMaternity + Parental LeaveSupplemental InsuranceLife InsuranceMonday to Friday 8-5 PM ScheduleSmart casual attire Career Growth OpportunitiesWe're an equal opportunity employer.
