We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team!

In this role, you will build relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral partners while showcasing the unique benefits of our community and guiding prospects through the move-in process.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective residents' needs.
• Lead community tours for prospects and family members.
• Maintain tour readiness of the community and model apartments.
• Manage prospect information and follow-up activities using Sherpa CRM.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Support community growth through sales and marketing initiatives, including advertising, events, referral development, public relations, and market research.

What You Bring:

• Passion for sales and relationship building.
• Two years of sales experience in a similar role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

What We Offer:

Base salary plus commission. Commission is based on revenue received for each move-in, ranging from 3%--6% of move-in costs. Additional monthly or quarterly bonuses may be available based on occupancy goals. We offer a comprehensive benefit package:
