Months 0-6: Learn, execute, and prove you can close

After 6 months:

CSIA Certified (required)

Running your own jobs

Full commission structure unlocked

6-figure income path activated

What You'll Be Doing

Ride along with top Sales Leads and learn in-home sales + inspections

Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education

Learn how to diagnose problems and present solutions that close

Support production teams and understand the full job lifecycle

Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily

Execute with precision, professionalism, and urgency

Complete structured training program in 6 months

Requirements

Valid driver's license

High school diploma or GED

Willingness to work in the field (homes, roofs, all weather)

Ability to travel to job sites regularly (50-70%)
