Department: Store OperationsReports to: Store ManagerStatus: Part-TimeFLSA: Non-ExemptPosition SummaryThe Sales Associate drives our selling efforts and customer relationships by excelling in customer service and selling techniques.Responsibilities    Acknowledge all customers and ensure full floor coverage    Build strong product and sneaker/apparel knowledge    Lead by example through service excellence    Embrace service training and product programs    Consistently share customer feedback and product insight (whats hot and whats not) with management    Build a repeat customer base    Ensure visual standards are followed, daily restock is completed, and size runs are represented per visual directions    Assist with other store functions as neededSpecialty Responsibilities    Locate merchandise detailed on the markdown listing    Markdown/re-tag items as necessary    Count inventory and log counts appropriately    Spot-check clothing and footwear regularly (as designated by store management) to ensure accurate pricingRequirements    Desire to work with customers in a retail setting (passion for customers)    Above average fashion and sneaker/style trend knowledge (passion for the product)    Team-oriented and collaborative    Customer service experience preferred    Open availability and flexibility to meet customer demand and the needs of the businessPhysical RequirementsAbility to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.Pay: $12.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: In person
