Position OverviewThe Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-energy guest experience while driving membership sales and studio growth. This role combines relationship-based sales, front desk operations, and daily studio support to ensure every client visit is seamless, clean, and memorable.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and connect with every client to create a welcoming, elevated experienceGuide first-time guests through their session and set them up for successDrive membership sales through personalized conversations and closing techniquesFollow up with leads, past clients, and prospective members to increase conversionsMaintain accurate booking, client notes, and membership details in the systemEnsure the studio is clean, organized, and operating at the highest standardComplete suite turnovers, laundry, and restocking throughout shiftsSupport team goals by contributing to a positive, motivated studio environmentRequirementsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedAbility to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.)Desired Skills & TraitsConfident and natural at building relationships and closing salesPositive, high-energy, and team-oriented mindsetStrong work ethic with a results-driven attitudeCoachable and open to feedback and growthPassion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best
