This role develops and grows sales with new and existing customers. Responsibilities include participating in a variety of focused developmental activities, assignments, and rotations over 12-18 months. Additional role specific job summary items:

Rental:

The Sales Associate Trainee Rental learns all aspects of Texas First Rentals sales methods and practices, to become a contributing member of the sales team as an Outside Sales Representative.

Supply:

The Sales Associate Trainee Supply learns all aspects of Texas First Rentals sales methods and practices, to become a contributing member of the sales team as a Supply Sales Representative.
