Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Sales Consultant to support a luxury furniture outlet store in La Jolla, CA.

Schedule: TuesdaySaturday, 11:00 AM6:00 PM

Work Environment: 100% onsite

Pay Rate: $19.00$21.00 per hour

Additional Compensation: Eligible for 3% commission

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchases.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service throughout the sales process.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Support opening, closing, and other daily store procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, inventory organization, and floor maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate product features and benefits.
• Support promotions, events, and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, showroom, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Customer-first attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to multitask.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise as needed.
• Must be consistently available Tuesday through Saturday.

Dress Code: Professional all-black attire is required while on shift. Candidates must maintain a polished appearance consistent with a luxury retail environment.
