They are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to generate qualified opportunities, support the sales team, and help drive new business growth. Key Requirements
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and book discovery meetings.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain CRM activity using Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Previous SDR, BDR, customer engagement, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Interest in IoT, SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
