Sales Development Representative – Cybersecurity

US Remote | Early-Stage Cybersecurity Startup

Fortis Search is working with an early-stage, Israeli-founded cybersecurity startup as they build out their US go-to-market team.

Following early customer traction, they're looking for an SDR to help build pipeline across the US enterprise market.

This is an opportunity to join early, work closely with experienced sales leadership and have genuine influence over how the outbound function is built.

The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise security teams, generating qualified opportunities and helping establish a repeatable outbound motion.

This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a mature playbook and run automated sequences. You'll be expected to think creatively about accounts, messaging and how you get in front of the right people.

You'll work closely with the AEs and wider GTM team, with significant exposure to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Previous SDR/BDR experience within B2B SaaS.
• Cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Strong outbound mentality and comfortable cold calling.
• Experience using email, LinkedIn and other prospecting channels to generate meetings.
• Comfortable engaging senior enterprise prospects.
• Highly motivated by progression into an Account Executive role.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where things are still being built.
• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for everything to be handed to them.
