We are looking for a one-of-a-kind Sales Development Representative (SDR), who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, is passionate about succeeding in a high-paced, high-tech environment, and being part of our growth.
We're looking for a self-starter, with some experience as SDR for enterprise B2B software to help grow revenue by engaging new customers. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants hands-on exposure to the full sales process.

R&R:
- Prospect via phone, email and social channels.

- Create a pipeline for our sales team via qualified meetings.
- Leverage Salesforce, Hubspot, and other tools to manage and track your ongoing activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to get ongoing feedback so that you can continually optimize performance.
- Continually measure your success by tracking performance vs. KPIs and identifying areas of inefficiencies that need can up your game.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in a Sales or Business Development Representative role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Strong listening, qualification, and meeting-booking skills.
- High customer empathy.
- Experience in B2B, selling to enterprises.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, curious, and eager to learn.
