At Paramount Home Solutions, we help homeowners protect their biggest investment — their home. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first voice they hear, offering free roof inspections that can save them thousands and give them peace of mind.
? What You'll Do:
- Call local homeowners to introduce our free roof inspection service
- Educate them on common issues (aging roofs, storm damage, leaks, etc.)
- Schedule in-home appointments for our roofing consultants
- Track conversations and leads in our CRM system
? What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident on the phone and goal-driven
- A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
- Sales or customer service experience is a bonus—but not required
