Salary: Up to $150,000 base DOE with $260k-$280k OTE

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company to appoint a Sales Director for the East Coast.

This is a senior commercial role focused on driving regional growth, developing strategic accounts and building relationships with customers across the real estate, property and wider commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the East Coast market, managing the full sales cycle and developing new enterprise opportunities.

The Role

• Own revenue growth and sales targets across the East Coast.
• Develop new enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key industry stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Develop long-term commercial partnerships and key accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Represent the business at relevant industry events.
• Provide market and customer insights to support commercial strategy.

About You

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience within EV charging, technology, PropTech, smart buildings, energy, cleantech or a related sector.
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing strategic accounts.
• Experience selling complex products, technology or infrastructure solutions.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Experience selling into real estate, multifamily, property owners, developers, REITs or property management groups would be highly relevant.

Previous EV charging experience is advantageous but not essential.
