Sales Director

A series A crypto infrastructure company (one of the 100 fastest growing fintechs in the world) is hiring a Sales Director.

Remote across the US and Canada. $180k USD base. $360k USD OTE. Equity.

They’ve raised $50m. Their technology is used by 275+ institutions and handles more than $20bn in monthly transaction volume.

Now they need a senior IC (individual contributor) to help scale enterprise revenue across North America.

This is a proper hunting role. You’ll win new logos, expand strategic accounts and run complex, high-value deals from first conversation to close.

The ideal background:

• 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales
• A track record of closing large, complex deals
• Experience selling into fintechs and PSPs
• Comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Strong with C-level, technical, compliance and security buyers
• Experience selling crypto infrastructure, wallets, payments or SaaS
