Sales Executive

The opportunity is to represent the biggest names in digital imaging. Premier Midwest provider of industry-leading wide-format printer solutions and specialized software is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead our regional selling initiatives, representing world-class brands like HP, Epson, Roland, and Xante. This is a direct hire opportunity. This is more than a sales roleit's a consultative partnership. You will help businesses ranging from boutique design firms to industrial manufacturers modernize their production technology and "Print Brilliant."

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Regional Growth: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from high-potential lead identification to closing technology deals across the Midwest with national opportunities.
  • Consultative Partnership: Collaborate with shop managers and C-suite executives to deliver tailored hardware and software solutions that improve their ROI.
  • Showcase Innovation: Host engaging equipment demonstrations at our Menomonee Falls state-of-the-art showroom, utilizing high-quality printed samples to win business.
  • Market Presence: Represent the company at industry events to generate new business.
  • Strategic CRM Management: Leverage modern sales tools to nurture long-term relationships with both new prospects and our loyal existing customer base.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (industrial or technology sales preferred).
  • Prospecting Prowess: Ability to effectively engage potential prospects via live phone calls across the "Cold/Warm/Hot" spectrum.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in sign shops, graphic design, or print equipment/supplies is a significant advantage.
  • Consultative Mindset: A repeatable, needs-based sales approach focused on identifying customer pain points and delivering high-ROI solutions.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in CRM databases and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and reliability for local and regional travel.
