As our enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Lead, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): taking an active role and partnering with the Store Manager in daily store operations; assuming responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store and/or Assistant Manager; assisting Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive store sales and increase profitability; ensuring high levels of Customer and Donor satisfaction through excellent service; supporting Store Manager to ensure Back Room Processors/Warehouse Associates work effectively and efficiently; responsible for supervision, support, and conduct reporting of program Beneficiaries; responsible for the protection and security of store currency, inventory, and property; ensuring building is secured during non-operating hours; assuring that safety measures are established and maintained consistent with ARC policy and governmental regulations; completing all tasks as assigned by the District Sales Manager, Command Retail Directors and Command Administration.

Qualifications to be considered for this position include a high school graduate or equivalent, minimum of one-year previous retail experience, supervisory experience preferred, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to perform various physical demands.

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour. Schedule: Our stores operate 7 days per week, work schedules are determined by Management and employees must be flexible to always ensure adequate store coverage. Part-time employees may be scheduled to work any part-time shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
