Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive client engagement.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in home health care.
Support the sales team by coordinating outreach efforts and follow-up communications.
Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures and online content.
Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and community interaction.
Organize and participate in community events to promote our services.
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with the home health care industry is a plus.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
