Do More.The RoleThis role supports the Wholesale team and serves as the connective tissue between internal partners, retail accounts, sales reps, and international distributors. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role helps keep Nomadix's product data, wholesale orders, seasonal launches, and partner communications running smoothly across our ERP, e-commerce, and B2B platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Platform OwnershipSupport the B2B site as a core area of ownership, including lifestyle imagery, listings, and seasonal catalogsPartner with Creative and Wholesale on banners, landing pages, and B2B email campaignsHelp maintain the full product lifecycle across the ERP and B2B platform, keeping product data clean and consistentWholesale Order ExecutionServe as the operational backbone of the wholesale order book, tracking all open orders in the ERPManage ship windows and extensions, and communicate proactively when orders are at riskTrack EDI orders for key retail partners end-to-end, coordinating closely with the 3PLDeliver weekly sell-through reporting to the Director of WholesaleGo-to-Market & TradeshowsBuild seasonal order forms for sales reps, accounts, and international distributorsEnter sample orders for factory submission and coordinate sample logistics through deliveryDistribute seasonal assets, price lists, and sales programs to the right channelsSupport tradeshow prep, covering product needs, booth logistics, and the seasonal booth calendarMay be required to travel for shows and eventsInternational Distributors & Sales Rep SupportSupport international distributor operations: order entry, price list maintenance, seasonal order forms, and PO timing coordinationOnboard distributors into the B2B platform for mid-season reorderingSupport 25+ sales reps with regular reporting on lapsed accounts and monthly and seasonal sales goalsAdditional Skills NeededGoogle Suite, Microsoft Excel, B2B platform experience (RepSpark, Elastic, NuORDER), ERP experience, Dropbox, etc.BenefitsHealth coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysGenerous employee gear discountSubsidized gym membership via WellhubA fast-paced, mission-driven team culture
