As a Call Transfer Sales Agent, youll connect with guests who have been transferred from our partners and introduce them to exclusive, discounted vacation packages. Your role is to build excitement, create value, and convert those conversations into sales.

What Youll Earn

  • Hourly base pay + uncapped commission
  • Average earnings: $65,000+ annually
  • Top performers: $85,000+ annually

 

Additional Earning Opportunities

  • PM shift differential
  • Higher hourly pay for PM weekend shifts
  • Sign on bonus up to $2500(ask recruiter for details)

What Youll Do

  • Connect with guests over the phone and introduce personalized vacation experiences
  • Promote and sell mini?vacation packages across our resort portfolio
  • Use proven sales techniques (well train you!) to handle objections and close confidently
  • Share compelling, accurate information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts and offers

What Were Looking For

  • A positive, customer-focused communicator who enjoys helping others
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • A passion for sales and achieving goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of sales or telesales experience
  • Call center or hospitality background
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word)
  • Timeshare experience is a plus
