We're looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Hearing Care Professional. We hire individuals from a variety of backgrounds and industries and help them grow from Sales Trainee to Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required.

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to:

• Deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Conduct consultative hearing evaluations
• Educate patients and their families about hearing healthcare
• Recommend customized hearing aid solutions
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Develop strong consultative sales and closing skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Meet with customers in-person to discuss their hearing concerns and hearing loss.
• Build relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and professionalism.
• Educate patients on the long-term effects of untreated hearing loss.
• Administer hearing evaluations and guide patients through their results.
• Recommend hearing solutions based on individual lifestyle and hearing needs.
• Follow up with prospective patients and nurture leads through the decision-making process.
• Demonstrate hearing devices and guide patients toward confident purchasing decisions.
• Deliver consistent after-care and ongoing service to ensure long-term satisfaction.
