Summary

Revival is a New York cannabis microbusiness selling tablets, rosin, and other products to dispensaries across the state. The Sales Manager drives wholesale sales, keeps deals moving, coordinates some deliveries, and represents the brand at in-store and community events. Youll also keep leadership updated on sales progress and make sure our HubSpot CRM reflects reality.

Core Responsibilities

Find and develop wholesale leads through in-store visits, outreach, referrals, and events

Build relationships with dispensary buyers, owners, and budtenders, qualify opportunities, and close purchase orders

Stay on top of follow-ups with urgency, lock down next steps, and push deals to final orders

Work with Revival and distribution team to line up deliveries, confirm manifests, invoices, and CoAs, and track handoffs

Plan and show up for pop-ups or vendor days, make sure were staffed and stocked, and capture useful feedback to share with the team

Keep HubSpot up to date: log accounts, contacts, activities, deal stages, and forecasts

Share clear daily and weekly updates with leadership on activity, wins, pipeline, and challenges

Stay sharp on our products and the competition, and report back on sell-through insights from dispensary partners

Salary

$20 - $25 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for cannabis and wellness-focused products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products and their benefits
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends

Desired Skills

- Previous sales experience in the cannabis or wellness industry
- Knowledge of local cannabis regulations and compliance
- Experience in community engagement or outreach programs
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
