Sales Team Leader LATAM wanted by Florida Power & Welding International LLC d/b/a Flopower for Hialeah, FL, to plan & execute sales strategies, monitor sales staff performance & provide techn'l advice to customers on welding eqpmt, consumables & processes (MIG, TIG, SMAW, plasma, oxy-fuel, among others). Direct & supv employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts. Expand the LATAM distribution n/work & dvlp new sales channels.
