Location: Dearborn, MI (Locals will be preferred OR Willing to move to Dearborn)

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Overall program manager for the program. Ensure, scope, cost, risks are tracked to successful deliveries. Manage customer expectations and communication.
• 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in project management and 3+ years in program management.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Well versed with onshore offshore service delivery model
• Proven experience in customer management including expectation setting, risk management and cost control practices
• Should be able to clearly articulate progress/status to customer and organizations management.
• Exposure US lending/credit domain.
• Salesforce exposure is plus.
