A local building materials manufacturer is seeking a skilled Sawyer / Truss Saw Operator to join their team. In this role, you'll operate computerized saw equipment to cut lumber to exact specifications, with accuracy and efficiency valued every step of the way. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment. Prior experience with industrial saws or in a lumber/manufacturing setting is preferred, but they are willing to train the right candidate with strong production experience. Pay starts at $25-$27/hr DOE with full benefits. This is a year-round position with no winter layoff.
