In this role you may apply or facilitate any of the following techniques: stage and show make up, latex makeup, prosthetics, airbrush, and other special FX makeup on a variety of skin types, mannequins, and/or masks. Responsibilities: As part of the Carowinds Entertainment team, daily assigned duties vary & may include tasks such as: * Applying stage makeup, liquid latex, and other special FX makeup to talent * Learning, cleaning, & complying with safe and appropriate use of all chemicals, products, & equipment (such as air brush machines) * Working with leadership to maintain working condition of latex prosthetics and/or masks including maintenance and cleaning * Proactively setting up workspace for efficient daily makeup application * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * You! * Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and applications * Preferred experience with makeup application, theatrical makeup, prosthetics, and/or air brush * Creativity and passion for creating cohesive makeup looks within appropriate storylines * People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and talent * Good judgement and a commitment to safety * Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds * Individuals who can quickly shift their creative gears based on operational needs * Availability must include some weeknights, weekends, evenings, and holidays
