What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Credentials evaluated by an accepted agency such as FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC.
• Current Oregon physical therapy license in good standing.
• Experience providing physical therapy to pediatric populations, including birth-to-3 home visits and services for preschool-aged children (ages 3–5).
• Experience working in school-based settings or with Individualized Education Program (IEP) process preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.
• Prior experience managing documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Background in early intervention and preschool therapy models preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift: DAYS.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Expected hours: 40 hours per week. Candidate will only be paid for hours worked. No pay for school holidays or closings.
• Caseload focus: birth-to-3 home visits and preschool (3–5) services.
