THIS IS A WEALTH MANAGEMENT PROJECT AND WEALTH MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH CRYPTO, ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS AND/OR MULTICURRENCY IS REQUIRED. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE "CRYPTO, ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS AND/OR MULTICURRENCY" MENTIONED ON THE RESUME

We need: Three (10+ years) Scrum Masters or Project Managers with recent experience supporting Capital Markets projects (Not just Banking, must have recent trading experience) and they must have Scrum Certifications (The more the better) and excellent communication skills. Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local. Candidates must have experience with either:

• Crypto The ability to offer Crypto products to MS clients via a 3rd party vendor with integration into the MS back office.
• Alternative Investments Streamline and automate manual processes and improve functionality within the Alts platform at MS.
• Multi-Currency The ability to trade and display products in 'local currency' if that product is supported outside the United States. Currently MS Wealth Mgmt is US dollar based

Job Description:

Support the following buildout of the following:

• Crypto The ability to offer Crypto products to MS clients via a 3rd party vendor with integration into the MS back office.
• Alternative Investments Streamline and automate manual processes and improve functionality within the Alts platform at MS.
• Multi-Currency The ability to trade and display products in 'local currency' if that product is supported outside the United States. Currently MS Wealth Mgmt is US dollar based only.

Responsibilities of the Consultants:

• Facilitate discovery sessions with key stakeholders to ascertain key initiative and staffing information.
• Develop detailed project plan outlining detailed task, owners, and dependencies
• Facilitate implementation of requirements, install required testing and business validation check points and manage quality assurance / user acceptance testing ("QA/UAT") cycles
• Ensure there is a healthy back log of stories for developers to work on and refinement occurs on those stories
• Proficient in using JIRA for sprint management.
• Ensure that the proper paperwork is submitted for weekend deployments at the end of each sprint or when applicable.
• Provide monthly and quarterly status reporting via JIRA to various reports that are replayed to senior management.
• Coordinate with other project managers and scrum masters on dependencies.
• Previous experience working in a financial firm and an understanding of business products and business processes a plus.
• Partner with the Fleet Delivery leads and the product owners to create effective and efficient squads
