- Parts Washing
- Chip Spinning
- Closers
- Heat Treat
- Inspection
- Manual Tape and Reel
- MD Coating
In order to maximize the shift days and hours, Associates will cross-train in all secondary operations and be utilized in the most efficient manner per the Team Leader.
Essential Functions*
- Observes all safety regulations in the performance of all duties
- Performs all duties in consideration of providing a quality product to the customer
- Accepts assignments from Team Leader and performs duties with limited supervision
- Collaborates closely with Team Leader and team members to transmit and exchange information pertinent to the work at hand
- Performs other duties as required

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds from floor level to waist and waist to floor frequently throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to stand throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to work in an air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned environment
- Must be able to bend forward, stretching forward as needed.
- Near vision must be 20/30 in order to inspect small
- Manual dexterity
Education/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work the shift as described
- Basic computer skills
- Read and understand procedures and work instructions
- Read and understand product prints, procedures and specifications
- Able to work and communicate in a team environment
