Senior Biologics Manufacturing Science Scientist

Lilly seeks a Senior Scientist, Manufacturing Science to optimize and support commercial biologics manufacturing. In this role, you will design and refine processes, lead tech transfers, and support scale-up from development to GMP production. You will analyze manufacturing data, troubleshoot deviations, and drive continuous improvement to enhance yield, robustness, and compliance. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will author technical reports and regulatory documentation, mentor junior scientists, and ensure reliable supply of high-quality medicines aligned with Lilly’s patient-focused mission.
