Director/Sr. Director Facilities & Corporate Services

Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite) Duration: 6 months contract

Overview: Manage day to day property management & facility operations for our 335k sqft Marlborough campus, 7k sqft west coast satellite office, and shared NYC office. Utilize team of 4(5) employees and outsourced flex vendor support model.

Duties:

• Support lab operations (chemistry labs) & collaborate with research scientist to support their needs (core research support)
• Manage caf and catering operations at Marlborough site
• Collaborate with Meeting Planning team to support onsite meetings & events
• Collaborate with IT to support onsite needs and InfoSec ISO requirements
• Ability to triage issues & needs, effectively communicate and resolve in timely and efficient manner

Skills:

• Ability to work autonomously with little management oversight and direction (self-starter based on high-level direction)
• SMPA is a primarily remote company thus onsite attendance varies day to day. Ability to flex with raising and falling needs.
• Ability to be available for off hours work emergency repairs & break/fix

• Real Estate portfolio management, execution, & operations
• Site buildout and decommissioning
• Project management
• Capital deployment & management
• Pharma and/or Med Device experience
• Budget management
• Workplace management software (Envoy)
• Asset management software (Blue Mountain)
