Immediate need for a talented Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Chicago, IL/ Westmont, IL/ Austin, TX, Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid).
Job ID:26-18498 Pay Range: $140000 - $180000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical preconstruction and estimating efforts for mission-critical/data center projects.
- Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and cost models.
- Perform electrical quantity takeoffs and scope reviews.
- Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor pricing.
- Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and procurement planning.
- Partner with project teams, owners, architects, and engineers during preconstruction.
- Assist with project scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk evaluation.
- Mentor junior estimators and support business development efforts.
