Senior Java Developer(W2)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in system design, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop secure and reusable backend components and services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Java 8/11/17+
• Spring Boot
• Spring MVC
• Spring Security
• Hibernate / JPA
• Expertise in:
• Microservices architecture
• RESTful API development
• Multithreading and concurrency
• Design patterns and OOP concepts
• Experience with:
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle
• Messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Good understanding of:
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines
• Git, Maven, Gradle
• Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
• Cloud exposure:
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Familiarity with:
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• SonarQube, Jenkins, Nexus
• API Gateway and service discovery tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
