Location

Nashville, Tennessee — this is a fully on-site role in a dynamic, fast-growing legal market with direct collaboration alongside experienced attorneys.

Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee, have at least 7 years of litigation experience and a $250k portable annual book of business.

Job Description

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and trials
• Work directly with clients to develop case strategy and provide practical guidance
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex litigation matters
• Manage a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and autonomy

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
• 7+ years of litigation experience
• $250k portable annual book of business
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently
• Experience in transportation, construction, or product liability litigation is a plus
