Recruiting Lead

Reporting to the VP, People, the Recruiting Lead owns how Join Parachute attracts and hires talent. This role leads a team of recruiters who primarily hire for our plasma donation centersboth center leadership and donor floor roleswhile personally taking on some full-cycle corporate recruiting. The Recruiting Lead will focus on continuously improving the systems, processes, and tooling that make hiring faster, more consistent, more measurable, and more cost effective.
