Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication, and ensure components meet tight tolerances. You will assist with layout, fitting, and finishing, inspect welds for quality, and follow strict safety standards. As a senior team member, you’ll mentor junior welders, support continuous improvement, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and team-oriented production environment.
