Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

Webco Manufacturing seeks a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication on custom metal components. Responsibilities include fitting, measuring, grinding, and inspecting parts to tight tolerances while following safety and quality standards. You’ll mentor junior welders, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering and assembly teams in a clean, safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
