Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication on custom metal components. You’ll inspect work to meet tight tolerances, follow safety and quality procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position works closely with a team-oriented, safety-focused group, offering opportunities for skill development, cross-training, and long-term growth in a modern manufacturing environment.
